Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will manage all aspects of cost planning and control throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost estimations, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency. The role also involves evaluating contracts, managing vendor quotations, and supporting procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, a good understanding of construction materials and pricing, and the ability to optimize costs without compromising quality.
